Dear Raghu , as far as possible avoid putting all your eggs(capital) in one basket(sector) . As the stocks in the entire sugar sector have taken a big hit , it is advisable to wait now as i suppose the stocks may form bottom at these prices and begin a breakout .Budget could be a turning point , as the GOVT. may announce something for the Sugar Companies .

More than investing in different stocks, you should have a stop loss sort of system, whereby you declare that you are not gonna suffer more than ceratin percentage of loss.
And you abide by it. |

Hi Raghu,
1. Learn b4 u trade anything. "If you want to fly an aeroplane first learn it".... Robert Kiyosaki... 2. Always keep stop loss. Learn from your mistakes. Short term losses are long term lessons. 3. Think twice b4 u enter any sector. 4. Always be in touch with Traderji. 5. Don't buy or sell all the shares at a time. Buy 20% then 30% and so on. 6. Have your own simple method no need to get in the complications too much. Hope these tips will help u a lot as they did to me. Regards, Milind |
