There is Price fluctuations in any time frame. The more bigger time frame has greater range of fluctuations, hence when we reduce TF the Risk / Reward range is also less.
So for a Rs 1000.00 scrip in EoD the Stop is more than the 60 or 30min/15/10/5 mins.Similarly the Reward also comes down. Now here one has to understand his Own psyche & Risk tolerance comfort level.
If again the Position is Highly Leveraged (like in derivatives) we have to find our comfort level to select his/her TF.
In any position at any TF we work ;there is a tendency to refer the immediate Higher TF ,hence the different TF charts are posted.

For delisting the promotors has to garner minimum % of shares in their fold (probably 75% ,i dont remember now) ,which probably they failed to gather the consents from other big stake holders.

I cant make any comment on the possible implications ,but the interested parties can WAIT so will the exuberence in Price stay ,this i cant say ,i am just a dumb chart follower.

As i understand that you have ventured in trading without knowing anything ,good at least one has to start but without minimum basic knowledge if you are trading in derivatives with real cash it is sucidal for your financial health, hence 1st of all go through the basics & then venture.
Plz remember 1 point Trading is a Zero Sum game where you profit means somebody losses (NSE / BSE) exchange is a mediator & gaurantor ,when you buy to deliver the shares/contracts & when you sell they see that you get your money, hence if you profit exchange does not pay.
So without basic understanding your venture is only going to increase the coffers of the proffessionals, choice is your's ,what you will do.
Hi Sir,

Thanks for all your info.I will spend the weekend analysing all my mistakes and taking a rght approach.I made a loss of 16k but i am not worried. There is more to gain.

I did not have any idea how to trade so was just buying and selling.now i have understood few basics courtesy of this Thread.I will try and research more in to this.Coming monday i will trade in more conventional way which more members of this board are following and which is safe.

Kindly help me out in your views also.

Regarding brokearage;I hae changed my scheme in sharekhan.no it will be more feasible for me to trade.

My target evryday from here is to gain 20 points and sit.

Regards

Lalith

warren bufftet has rightly said......derivatives r weapons of mass destruction....good ! ?? but i do not completely agree with this guy....TA is one smart weapon in the hands of traders......its like a mirror of what others r doing behind the curtains......albeit it depends on the type of trader u r......the more short term the trader......less qty ,less profits ,early entry xit albeit with more whipsaws.....positional traders.....more qty , more profits ,less whipsaws but late entry & exit.........

hari09omkar,

Think of the amount of time & effort he spends for collecting all the info from Net (which he feels relevant )
to share with us in all his threads.
Here in this post he is actually addressing one of his internal dilemma ,in one hand when Buffet has
condemened Derivative which,Buffet feels is like a Nuke in Financial World & on the other hand we are trading
in derivatives,so now he has concluded at least derivatives are not Untouchables but it depends on the Type of
trader.Hence as per his understanding & he has just expressed his views.
