Nifty Fut EoD for your perusal,now in this chart the Mkt/Trade Profile has acted (still now today's Low= 5670.30 & in Profile it is 5672.68) as support ,but my past experience says it is just a one off case,we cant rely on these profile values & base a set up on that.

On the Weekly chart of Nifty Fut the Profile values acted as Resistance ,(the Wkly High still now is 5792.00 & the Profile value is 5798.96),but these
