well looks like Inflation might be adding downfall to this stock. first affected counter could be FMCG?
Major like ITC is also struggling.

What is more astonishing is the fate of whole FMCG pack. Eventhough the market as a whole has performed splendidly over the last two years, performance of FMCG companies are not at all good. What could be the reason? Is there any light at the end of tunnel? Or as someone commented "Light at the end of tunnel could easily be the headlamp of oncoming train". Could that be the situation?
Will anybody throw light on this?
Thanks in advance

since the new retail giants like reliance and tatas are coming there is a question mark in the profitability of hll .HLL has to pay huge margins to them for selling their products, another thing is in house brands of these retailers will grab some mkt share of hll , so have a look at their margins in this quarter.

hll has already a good rural market base and high penentration for aam aadmi in cities so may be the margins issue with tatas and reliance might not be an issue
