India Bull & Zee Tele

Dear Friends,
I heard from one of my friends that there is some split or demarge for the stocks Indiabull and Zee Tele.
Can any body have any news about this please give me the details

The stocks have already been split....yet to relist

Buy Zee tele before 10th of this month you will be entitled to receive Dish Tv shares. Dish Tv will be demerged effective 12th February.

They have already demerged

dish Tv is yet to be demerged. The demerged entities are Zee News and WWIL. If you buy Zee entertainment Before 10th you will be entitled to receive shares of Dish Tv.

In the bse website , Zee Telefilms fixes Record Date for Scheme of Arrangement as 20th Feb 2007 . But earlier update mentioned like on or before 10th Feb 2007 . Members Plz clarify

The record date is 2oth Feb but the book closes on 12th. It's of no use if you buy it today.

Earlier you told that on or before 10th Feb to buy the ZEE...in the last update , you are telling that "The record date is 2oth Feb but the book closes on 12th. It's of no use if you buy it today."
Still I am not clear.Plz clarify

I said 10 th because it takes atleast 2 days for the shares to get credited to our accounts but so I said 10th. 10th is a saturday so a mistake from my side.
