Why are people so pessimistic in this thread. Any Technical analyst would tell you that the 200 DMA is held firmly. We have formed double bottom. We are forming sucessive upper tops and lower bottoms.

Forget the wave counts-- they have always foxed traders-- these waves are fitted into analysis as an hindsight only.

We are on our way to 15k.

At best all this what if scenario can be described as period of indecision in the markets both for ppl who are short and who are long.

First of all differentiate between trading and investing after which comes timeframe.

For me at the moment, for the uptrend to get confirmed I need succesive closes above 3750.For trading or investing. And one more thing to be noted here is dont go chasing.

Even after a rate hike of 50 basis points , china and japan managed to recover swiftly after a gap down opening on firday morning .. china growing @ 8 % + has managed to maintain inflation to 2.5ish levels , and inspite of this central bank raised the CRR .. this should send alarming bells to our central bank to tame inflation which is hovering around 6 % levels..
