NSE- National Stock Exchange
BSE- Bombay Stock exchange other than this the basic difference is about the companies listed in these two stock exchanges.....sum r listed in NSE and sum r in BSE.....this listin is done according to the market captalisation of that company..... |

If one wants to use data for analysis, NSE is preferred. BSE data can be disastrous sometimes.
