Geojit Online Trading
I have recently registered with Geojit for on line trading.
(i) I have holdings of more than Rs. 2 lakh (market value) in my demat account with them. However the system does not allow me to place a buy order unless I fund it up front. Is it the case with all other on line trade facilities ? Please share. (ii)On line tranfer of funds to trading a/c from UTI bank is also not allowed in it. The call centre guys of Geojit are little help to explain. (iii) When I place off line orders they say such orders are pushed in only after 10.15 AM - is there a way / other trading system that allows valid orders to hit NSE / BSE in the first minutes of day-begin ? And through out the day i didt not find the orders in my order book although the call centre guys said they are still there. Kindly educate if any one knows.
