SBI is going to launch its online trading soon. they have posted this in their website. seems they hav a tie up with motilal oswal for softwares and web pages..

SBI actually already launched its online trading platform on Nov. 23. It is called eZ@sbi, and is offered along with Motilal Oswal Securities.

But am sure, if you go to them for opening account, they will shoo you off as if they are doing a favor to you.

yep.. actually i trade in SBI but through phone..
i knew this online only today and when i enquired them.. they told online will be available in sometime but not now..
they say they didnt get any circular on that..

I Am Also Planning To Open One Acc With Sbi...
Becos Of Some Dumb/lazy/ghushkhor Sbi Employee, The Name Is Bad. But They Dont Cheat You As Icici Or Other Pvt Bank.
I Am Some What Happy With Sbi Service.

If this is true why mosl to tie up.Last days they have dramatically completed the forms from employees of sbi,to start trading,and still not sending any kit or password etc.SBI should stert trading itself for the customers.

In general SBI has a pathetic service, in rude to their customers and the entire experience leaves you angry and irritated.
A private bank at least treats you with repect most of the time.

Yes I agreed with you. I personally experienced worst service even for internet login account for bank account...To do trading with them must me facing great problem.. Yes they feel that they are doing a favor to customer when open any acocunt.
The SBI is the worst that i ever had experience,

Well, friends, SBI got it self in a mess not due to its own mistake... the error is on the part of MOSL. Motilal is revamping its On line trading platform and is not accepting New clients. The revamped software wud be launched soon.
So SBI having joined hnads with them also got hurt and attracted bad comments from their clients.
