08-12-2006 Atlanta Limited has informed the Exchange on December 08, 2006 regarding issue of 27,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each arising on conversion of warrants. The Company has further informed the Exchange that Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company called on shorter notice and held today at 3.30 P.M. have been concluded at 4.15 P.M. and following business are transacted: (i) Revision of Price of Warrants. has any body been tracking goldstone technology. it has been having upper circuit limits for almost last 10 sessions or more. moved up fromlow twenties to eighty in no time. does any know the reasons
|
