Clean Energy Thrust Has Been Around For A Long Time, But Then At That Time Crude Prices Were Around 18 or 20 Dollars. Clean Energy Drive Since Has Picked Up Momentum & Has Generated A Lot Of Venture Capital Betting On The Fact Depleting Oil Reserves On The Supply Side & Ever Growing Demand With China & India Among Fast Developing Nations. Therefore There is Lot Of Research Towards Development & Commercial Viabilty Of New Technologies In Sustainable, Renewable & Eco-Friendly. Trends Seen So far Are Wind Power, Solar, Fuel Cells & Bio Fuels, There Are Others Which I Am Not Aware Of At This Time. These Researches & Their Commercial Viabilty In View Of Ever Expanding Demand Is What Looks Mouth Watering To Venture Capitalists. Even Oil Producing Countries In The Middle East Recognise That At Some Point They Will Not Have Any Oil. To That Effect Look At UAE, Slowly Moving Towards Developing Dubai As Tourist & Shopping Destination & Not To Forget A Financial Capital Atleast Of Asia If Not The World.....There Is So Much More Happening There. Today As China, India & Others Are Considered Emerging Markets, There Will Be Also Be A Time Same Emerging Markets Will Have Moved Towards The Status Of Developed Markets & Other Countries In Africa & East Europe Will Have The New Crowned Status Of Emerging Markets. Hi Savant
There was news 45 days back that PNBGILTS (Subsidiary of PNB) is going to get merged with PNB bank. However 1 month back PNB took descision of not merging it but selling it into open market where firms like Edelweiss, JC Flower bid for that. It is also heard that Edelweiss has already completed its due diligence process and has offered Rs 45/Share and JC Flower is still to arrive at fair value of PNBGILTS. CMP of PNBGILTS: Rs. 29.35 52 Week High: Rs. 53.35 I wanted to know how far is this true and also wanted to know is it the right time to enter into this stock.
