I have a query regarding AGM. I have received a brochure of Brabourne Enterprises that they are helding a AGM on 2 Sept. at Mumbai. Now i want to know: 1. can i also go to attend AGM 2. Will i be reimbursed fare. (Air/Train/Bus) or they send ticket after i fill form and despatch mt acceptence of attendance. 3.for attending AGM, how many shares do you have in your account. I am new to share investments. I hold the following shares: 1. Aarti Industries - 105 Shares @ Rs. 46.95 2. GVK Power - 119 Shares @ Rs. 41.45 3. Technocraft Industries - 86 Shares @ Rs. 57.45 4. Liberty Phosphates - 485 Shares @ Rs. 23.71 5. Antartica - 23353 Shares @ Rs. 0.65 6. Tata Elxsi - 1 Share @ Rs. 207 7. Marg Constructions - 89 Shares @ Rs. 283.55 What shares should I hold/sell and what is the time period? Please share your views about these companies as it will really help me to buy/sell stocks. How are you? Am planning to buy some stocks, this time i have chosen RPL @ 155 - 160, GMR Infrastructure @ 100 - 103 Sail around 139 - 142, Kindly help me, Let me know if my selection is right or not. If its not, suggest me some good stocks to buy with their levels. Thanks, Arvind.
