I am trying to find out if People who hold Overseas Citizenship of India
Are allowed to trade in Futures and Option in following product category
Equity and Index based + Currency futures = NSE/ BSE Yes NO?
Commodity based Futures = MCX
Some say you can on NSE and BSE but not on MCX products
Also trying to find a broker in Pune or Mumbai who knows about calender spread trading ins and out on various futures and can show me soem charting before I decide to get in to it

( By the way meaning for taxation etc they are treated as NRI but they are not NRI as such because NRI means still a ciziten of India , where as OCI holders are foreighn citizens who have been given OCI becuasse of their ancestary or previous Indian citizenship)
