Mcx eod downloader working..

DEAR ALL i got converter xls file for download mcx eod txt file.
we can download mcx eod bhavcopy by csv file from mcx site and covert it as a text file like e "data down loader txt file format" .
so that we can update existing mcx eod data base without issues and
data down loader utility provides only current month contract scripts but here u can get current month and Next month contract data also like crudeoil-I, crudeoil-II

I downloaded that coverter.xlsm and tried but im using Windows 8.
Cant install that software in the Sheet3.
Plz help me and Provide complete instruction with screenshots if u can.

the program is working now as i tried in MSoffice 2007 and got the error, and now it is working in 2010 msoffice, thank you very much for providing such a nice tool.
