Hi,
I tried importing data from your utility into Amibroker but I got an error message which said Logging started for 'C:\Program Files\CEM EOD Downloader\Amibroker\Ami.txt' file, using format definition file 'Formats\default.format' Error in line ACC,10/14/2005,467,469,438.55,441.85,3604999 Invalid date format/value Can you please help me out here? I am newbie to TA and this is my first time using a software such as Amibroker so any help would be appreciated. Also, can you please help me in figuring how to make a database for NSE in Amibroker. I tried going through the help files but they weren't that helpful. Thanks. Amit.

Please try our new updated software, you do not need to Import manually into Amibroker. In new version, option has been given for direct data feed from our software to amibroker. You receive this error in amibroker because you have not selected date format as mmddyyyy in Amibroker while importing. But in new update, you will not need to go for these manual settings in Amibroker. Regards, KSK

Presently software is converting only NSE data. Conversion for BSE & F&O data will be provided in next update.

I have downloaded the bse eod quotes using [CEM EOD Downloader]
the file is in zip format with the date as the name of the file now have extracted all the zip, i get files in csv format (EQ010606.CSV) I am using amibroker. The problem I am having is those csv files do not have dates in them so those data turned out to be useless without the dates Could anyone point out how can I add the dates to those data efficiently? yeah excel is one way but I don't want to do this all the time. Is the BSE data like this only?

This is probably my first post. I have tried CEM EOD Downloader. It downloads bhavcopy of NSE perfectly but other functions in the software like selecting script, data converter etc. do not work. please guide. Vivaswan
