Hi - Great forum found with people on the same wavelength. Tried to download historical data. But, Sendspace is not having free download slots. Can you upload it on **********.de?

Go to the first page, and check out all the forums.
btw for technical analysis, you can check Saints post "Teach a man to fish..."

For TA Softwares check out the software forum.

The site is excellent, just give yourself some time getting used to the site.

but that data is not adjusted for splits, bonus, right issue, etc. and doing it manually is next to impossible. anybody has adjusted data, then please share. I will make a torrent and share it rather than upload in ********** and like which is temporary.

Hi,
I am new to this forum so may be it is of no help to you all experts. To updtae my metastock data, i download data from NSE site as the link below

DD, MMM & YYYY should be replaced suitably i.e. 27 for DD, JUN for MMM and 2007 for YYYY for 27-JUN-2007 rates.
Now use this small software to convert this csv file to ascii text file:

Now open metastock downloader. goto Tools -> Convert and choose to convert from ascii to metastock fromat. This will update your meta stock security files.

Historical Data for most of the NSE securities is available at
http://**********.com/files/39687589/NSESecurities.rar

I do not know how to modify this data for splits and bonus. If any one can help, i shall be obliged.
