Historical Pr.zip File From Nse
Dear All
How to download historical PR.ZIP file from NSE ? Everyday one can download PR.zip file from NSE website, but If I want to download PR.ZIP file for perticular date, than how to do it ? Please anybody have guideline ? Thanks Hasobha

hi hashoba,
here goes the link: http://www.nse-india.com/content/equities/eq_markettoday.htm and click the link against pr.zip file for the day. but a word of caution. the file is not archieved, so if you miss on a day, you cannot get it later. it contains bhav copy also with more information, but the format is different. so direct importing into TA software may have problems: you will not have ready converters and the compatibility with old data from bhav copies will be an issue. THanks for your reply. But actually I want Historical PR.ZIP means other than today. As you aware bhavcopy is not include indices data, while as PR.ZIP file contains all stocks as well indices data, so one can easily update indices through cvs file. For this purpose I am looking link for downloading PR.zip file for any required date. regards Hasobha

Could anyone please send me yesterday's pr.zip file (13 september 2007). The file I downloaded was currupted and now I'm unable to download the same file for 13th sep. Please send it to ravisghosh@*****.com.
