You can get it from http://www12.asphost4free.com/datafetchers or ***** group http://groups.*****.com/group/datafetchers at one time price of Rs. 5000 called BNConverter and many other RT utility which fetches data from ODIN/PIB/***** at nominal one time cost of Rs. 2500. Try it Thanks DF.
