Equis Downloader

i'm trying to find a copy of equis downloader, as i need to convert into metastock format. it used to be a shareware download from equis/metastock, and now its only on metastock CD, which i dont have as i use omnitrader. if anyone has it, can u email it to me at [email protected], or let me know where i can find it.
