Hi,

Today atleast 15 different companies are providing data in Indian market.Some of them is chargeing too much but they are giving good service and support.Others are wallet friendly but in case of support they are not good.

So, This is very difficult to choose from the list.

Now I want to make a survey regarding customer support of Data providing companies in India.

Please post your opinion.

Sir,

You are absolutely right. But no one is good in customer support.Every small organisation is making sales but after that there is no support.

But viratech is good. Istock is also not bad.

I belive that many people are not agree with me.But that is true .

I think support is very much important with a good quality software.Many times I have faced this problem.Customer support is needed when a customer using the software on the market hour.

"support is important factor"-that is true.Viratech is good one in respect of software or whatever you say.But I can't say about anything of Istock. Because I have never used it before.

Why you are giving so much importance on this support.If the software quality is good then support is not so much a important factor.

In Indian market many software companies providing data .The same data.But it will be different when one of them provides good support ,some special feature in their software or anything else.

Why whenever such poll about data provider posted, all the user commenting on that happens to be joined in the same month in which that poll thread is created?
