cem eod not working..Please help

hi,

i am new to CEM EOD download.when i start my ami broker and start my CEM EOD DOWNLOADER and press download data from BSE & NSE,and select download from it it says error.please contact CEM Compusoft...

please somebody help me ..dows any body getting this problem..

I am using Winxp with service pack 3 platform...

and help me how to send data to amibroker via CEM or any other data downloader for intraday realtime...
