Historical data from NSE
Hi all,
Again database problem, ouff! I'm in need of EOD historical database of indian stocks, and mainly Nifty and Sensex index data. 1. Does nseindia.com provide these historical data since each company/index got listed in the exchange? I know it provides EOD data; but does it have the historical data since day one of company/index getting listed? 2. Where can I get the listing date of companies/indices ? Thanks, Praveen.

Thanks all for your response.
I've these data: 1. Nifty index - From 3-July-1990 to till date. (The first 5 years data are not proper, I guess. It has only one value per day with O=H=L=C for those duration. Please find the attached chart). 2. All Stocks - From 3-Dec-1994 to till date. This is the one which Soumya had given, I guess. nseindia.com provides historical data from 1994 only. Since I want to analyse Elliott Wave, I'm in need of entire data of a stock/index. Praveen.
