I am extremely sorry but i dont have any idea about the software you are using. There are documents of how to import EOD data downloaded by Getbhavcopy to Metastock and to Amibroker. The steps for each software are different. First find out if patternz can accept csv data as input. If yes then there should be some help document that will tell you how to import that data. I checked the site of patternz and it says that it needs the data for a security to be in on single file. This is not the case with the data downloaded using get bhavcopy. Getbhavcopy file will have data downloaded for each listed stock on NSE in a single file. This file when imported to metastock or amibroker using their respective utilities reads each line in the file and updates the corresponding record file in their database. Actually their data base is something you need for patternz. Did not dig deep but read their documentation and see how you can achieve what you need by tools they provide. -Hemen
