one can get indian stock and mutual fund prices updated in gnucash, but it wont give you industry wise distribution or profit, etc. but its a good personal finance software like quiken or ms money and also its free. window version is yet to come out, but on linux its a breeze. It can do a lot of things, but one needs to learn a little. However, basic functions are pretty straight forward.

How about Acemoney ?
It supports AMFI and ***** Finance for Indian Mutual FUnd and Indian Stocks also
