How to update it and further improve this excel sheet

I have created a small technicals excel sheet, a rough file.
if you want then you can use it or modify it and can update the calculations or sheet further.

here I am facing one difficulty, that is how to automatic update of historical data of last 30 days, from nse site into the sheet2 near columnP. trying to calculate uptodate avg, stocastic, rsi etc further technicals will be added time to time.

I placed the futindex auto update in sheet two named FUTDATA along with banknifty, most active underlyings, most active contracts all auto update in market time. this data is current day data only which can be viewed in sheet2 near columnAtoK.

just calculated old 15-30 days data by manually copied into excel for the purpose of averages,stocastic and rsi. (everyday one have to copy the data manually in the P-Z columns in sheet2.
requesting techys to make it further more user friendly tech-sheet.

small note about how to convert formulas into numbers from one cell into another cell in a excel sheet.
first copy the total cells by selecting and clicking ctrl+c, then select the cells where you want to paste after that goto Home-click small button of paste then a menu opens there you find paste values, paste formulas etc select which you need then click enter. thus you get numbers not formulas.

I didn't find any prob in updating.

Simply go in data properties, set 1 minute click refresh.
