Make Your Pc " Free Nifty Chart Tv"

Hello Friends

I have enclosed herewith a small util which needs to be copied to one's C drive after expanding it from the rar file.

This util is to see nifty real time yahoo charts form your hard disk instead of visiting any website and wasting your bandidth on website advertisements
you can with this util make your pc your "Nifty Chart Tv".

This is 100 % free without any data subscription for real time nifty charts
and also free from advertisements too.

Requirements
1.Internet Connection
2.Visit yahoo finance and login with your yahoo id and keep your self logged to yahoo finance so the cookies are in the ie cache
3.Start the Application by double clicking any one of the html page and your Nifty Chart Tv starts charting realtime nifty

Now double click any one of the *.html page provided in the rar which u need to expand it to a dirrectory as c:\NSEYAHOORT or any other dir as per your choice.

On double clicking the *.html page it will open up in your browser but it will ask you whether to allow the blocked content .
This is ie security

All is safe because there is nothing harmfull the swf files are the original yahoo files so no worry about virus
The pages refreshes it self every 1 min

Hi sanjay....good utility...but can we use the nifty future as wel??i suppose yahoo doesnt provide the nifty futures data..is there somethin that we can do abt that?

I will do it if we can take nifty future but that would be inside the box from nseindia and for that instead of nesting it in this hard disk based project it will complicate and delay it to refresh on our screen
for that i would suggest to directly use firefox browser with reload addin every x seconds and directly load the charting from nseindia for nifty futures
Then too i will see if i can manage it
My main idea was from several google based sites many members every where make which is full of ads which simply uses our bandwith and slows things down
So i reenginerred and try to see how one can do it on google site to show yahoo interactive charts .And the journey started. So i made this project to make it work from ones hard disk so need to visit any website and still have real time charts .
and I hope now esp those who trade just on chart will really find this helpfull
One can make similar *.html for many fno scrips also just rename the html file to text and replace the ^Nsei symbol to any yahoo symbol

i downloaded the file but when i run .rar file it prompts me open with? as u mentioned use .htm . i did not see any .htm file in program.
pls suggest

with nifty chart i get live chart from yahoo charts, but with other scripts, i get delayed chart. any one can help, so that i can get live charts for other scripts also.
