Importing Share Transactions of ICICI direct into Tally

I want to maintain my share transactions in Tally accounting software. Is there a way to import the transactions (trade book of Icici direct)in excel format or text format into tally ?

Anybody who have done so kindly share the method for importing the transactions into tally.
