But how do we get the backfill?
I suspect it is connected to the new java charts service of yahoo
maybe they added a url for getting the full range of quotes via http instead of only showing a picture

thanks for your kind words and for understanding my point of view.

the url (backfill) was there for so long. i am not a programmer but i wonder why anybody simply didnt implement the same in their softwares. afterall they are charging for the same.

i recently found Yahoo Backfill Downloader
it not working on my pc run-time error "5" coming and message that Invelid prodedure call or argument

what to do for resolve this problem
