hi,
really nice work. i am a novice in trading but involved in investing for past 1 year. the screen works good but can we add more stock scrips to it or create a separate portfolio for oneself.

Hello,

New file for unlimited use is uploaded on first page.
Have to use it with original file.

Patch uploaded for unlimited use
Open patch.xls file with screen.xls (posted on page 2)
Use start button on patch file for any time unlimited updation.
patch file will hide & work in background
When over, exit excel without saving both files

Initially you said that "I will have to make small changes to allow anybody to use it for his own scrips."and asked if people are interested .
Did you make the necessary alterations. If done please post the revised one.
Why dont you unprotect the sheet?
Or else you may post the password if you are really interested in helping small investors who can't purchase commercial software.

You dont' read the posts carefully.

You don't need the password to watch your own scrips.

instructions & RT screen file are on page 2

unlimited use patch is on page 1

I already mentioned in the thread that I lost the password, so instead of modifying code, I created unlimited use patch.

Thank you very much for your immediate reply.
Actually i clicked on a cell where there was the scrip name which i wanted to change and i was asked the pass word and hence my mail.
After going through your message carefully i clicked on C21 and changed the scrip name in the formula bar and it worked.
Thank you again for your patience in explaining to novices like me.
