Banknifty and Nifty Pairs trade

Seeing the market scenario, it would be wise to go long on Banknifty and Short on equal value Nifty will reward as a positional trade.

Like going Short 2lots or 50 Nifty against 1 lot or 25 Banknifty @ 8270 and 18500 around..

Rationale / Why ?

Is there a easy way to find cointegration and corelation between a pair of stocks from within a pool of say 200 FNO stocks ? Pairtrader is useless for Indian data.
