Is this an ok answer, if ur question relates to "why NSE/BSE gapped down today", "bcos all other mkts closed -1or2% down" like a domino effect?
bcos once US was down, TJ was filled with our opening predictions :rofl::rofl:

absolutely true...the reasons of up or down are always there. People just come out and give the reason after the market movement. It is of no use for the real traders!!

Maybe I am wrong, but I am not sure if we are yet done with the downside in Nifty. The struggle to hold on to 9070 on Nifty Spot is not in favor in bulls. Lets see how it closes today.

30 points down since last post. Reason, already explained. As soon as the clock hit the final session, I saw 3/5 orders accumulating 10000+ odd NF qty, repeatedly pushing it down. All the way from 9080 till 9060 till they stopped. You don't step in front of them for sure.

waited waited waited for short from upmove fro lod. price came in my short zone at 9095 and rest is :rofl: :rofl:

One short SL was triggered @ 258, then took long @ 259.05 & got out @ 260.5 by trailing SL..
Net is - 1 Rs...

again moving to the intraday high 263.25 in futures

yup.. as per setup i need to enter again @ 261 (spot) but already closed full position earlier in pull back (half@ 261 & half @ 260). If my position was not out completely then surely buy @ 261 another half qty with tight SL for whole qty.
this bounce back is not strong as market is going to close for today & price was not sustained previous pivot breakout as whole market was sinking..
