I wanna ask you people if an indian citizen is allowed to trade futures using a american broker

If no what are we allowed to trade using a US broker since we are allowed remittance of upto $ 200000 for foreign investments as long as it is not a leverage or margin account

non-leveraged US equities only.

similar to delivery based trading in India.

Sorry for replying so late
So this means i can't trade commodities either

Also say i trade equities only am i allowed to open an account with the following brokers:

1. https://www.zecco.com/
2. https://www.tradeking.com/
3. www.optionsxpress.com
4. https://us.etrade.com/
5. https://www.optionshouse.com

My final question is:

I was trading forex not knowing it was illigal and after blowing up many accounts i finally decided to learn price-action which completely turned around my trading and helped me make $8000 from $500 in a micro account in approx 16-18 months and this money(and some more if i hadn't stopped) was for my Masters 1 year fees since my parents can't afford to pay so much money it has left me devastated and fuking angry at the idiots at RBI:mad:.
So since my strong attribute is Forex trading i have imagined a few scenarios to find away to trade:

1. Joint account with my uncle in the us and he himself deposits the money not me and also pay the taxes and then send it back to me.

2. His account and his own money but i have remote access to his computer and will trade on his account then he sends the money back to me

Can the scenarios work?
My fav is no. 2 because its completely clean and since i hate anything below the daily chart and use 4 hour only for scaling in more positions after retacements i won't have access to his computer all the time.
