Hello Members,

I stumbled upon this forum a week back.I have been a member of many forums all over the world and i must say this forum is among the best i have seen. Today decided to register and start my own thread.

I have been trading for 8 years quite successfully. I have shifted to India 2 months back and i will be staying here for next 2 years .

I have opened a trading account yesterday. I am ready to start my journey in Indian markets. I will be more than happy to help everyone with knowledge i have. I am not at all familiar with indian market and might require a bit of help :)

It would be great if this thread helps traders achieve success and gain financial freedom.

Hello TRK and KumarShiva

Thanks for the warm welcome. Right now i am reading about the futures and Options available in Indian markets. So we have sensex and Nifty as two major indexes.

Can anyone throw some light on what F/O are most famous and offer very good liquidity. I have heard from friends that most of the F/O are illiquid in Indian markets.

So what doe's this mean ?

Why are you more than happy to help any body? Any money you get in the background to do so or what makes you happy to choose this way?

Just asking questions and do not try to fool me with any stupid answers. Hope you get the point as I respect you.

Different ways of thinking are normal and as the world has so many different kind of mentalities and as this forum is a world wide forum, you would do a good thing to define your thoughts for your mentality to do so.

Good trading

So we have 2 major indexes in india- Sensex and Nifty. With nifty F/O being more liquid. Nifty has 50 stocks for which futures and options are traded.

Rest of the stock futures and options are illiquid.

Can anyone help me with the most traded counters and indexes?
