Iam a RK customer myself. Giving my views [biased?]
good part :
RKG is one of the most cheapest brokerage houses around. rs.9 per lot + normal taxes AND there are monthly maintenance charges.
Exposure: do not know. maybe their customer service can help. I trade just options, so never bothered about exposure.
Not-so-good-part::
poor customer service. if you happen to call CC, you'll realize that CC agent has already established that it is your mistake even before you plan to explain your problem.
Back office : very poor. they once screwed up my account balance for 1 week and did not bother ! [ i still have screenshot of the issue]. It took my sub-broker to call up Delhi to fix this issue. Be very careful about your balance and check it daily.
ODIN Software: ok.
Summary: Assuming you still have not opened a/c with RKG. If you have a sub-broker of RKglobal who is reachable and has contacts in Delhi RK office, then go for RK. Else look out for other options.

you are right infact they have given me 50000rs extra one day and later realised and took the amount back from my account. more over ther web trading is bad it always stucks at the peak hours
never experienced these issues with z****a which give now platform which is the best i have seen so decide the broker based on the platform like now if you are a trader

There are two low cost brokers Zerodha & RKSV both give u NOW platform for trading
Zerodha Flat 20 Rs. brokerage for buy & sale per EXCUTED trade irrespective of u r trade size
RKSV gives u freedom plan of 1947 Rs (excluding Service tax) per month where u trade unlimited irrespective u r trading size is 1 thousand or 1 Crore u r brokerage comes around 100 Rs per day
I have both accounts
Zerodha they have superb customer service u r email get reply within half an hour in normal working time,
I am trading only in option based on that i can suggest u
Depend upon u r trading style u choose u r boker
if u r trading less then 3 or 4 lot go for Zerodha
if u r trading more then 4 lot go for RKSV
it just my point of view
