Question about trading from Abroad

#1
Hello,

Please if someone can answer this query or guide me to anyone who can, I will be grateful.

If I go abroad for studying, like on an F1 visa to US, are there any restrictions on continuing to trade on my online trading account in India?

As per visa rules i am not allowed to work off campus. Please let me know.

Regards

Amrita

Nothing like that, you can trade from any where you want to. Unless you pay your taxes properly, you can have your living from where ever you want to. More over when we are allowed to trade any markets from here, why not trade from other countries into India.

I have many trader friends trading India from UK, US Dubai, Kuwait etc., Trading is one profession you can do it from a mountain top or from a secluded Island in the mid of an ocean(you need to have connectivity).

Connectivity problem is only for us in India, there it is excellent reaches any corner. I think I have deviated from the topic, go on trade make money anywhere you are.

Few years back I was trying to connect to Sharekhan terminal from Dubai.
The site was blocked.Friends at Dubai told me ,only ICICIdirect has connectivity
to our exchanges ,NONE.I do not know the picture now.

You can trade online from US. But it will be night in US when there is morning in India, so time difference can upset your schedule.

Internet has no geography. Sitting in India, i can trade all global indices, commodities, Forex, debt- over 10,000 financial products though i dont trade anything except nifty future.

I am very sorry that you could not connect from dubai, there are people trading from every country here. Indiabulls, 5paisa, icicidirect, sharekhan etc.,all work fine. Those days of limitation are gone long ago.
