GV FILMS update!!
BSE Announcements on GV Films: GV Films Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has entered into a MOU with M/s. Sidesh Films P Ltd, Mumbai for forming a Joint Venture (JV) on a profit sharing basis of 50:50 to produce the project in Hindi by Mr. Anees Bazmee with Mr. Abhishek Bacchan and an A class artist and one more project with Mr. Mahesh Manjrekar and Mr. Sanjay Dutt combination.
The other key factors are as follows: 1. Company shall effect payments to Mr. Anees Bazmee, Abhishek Bacchan, Saif ali Khan, Mahesh Manjrekar and Sanjay Dutt. 2. The Muhurth functions are slated on October 01, 2005 in a leading hotel at Mumbai. 3. The 70% of the Project cost will be raised by Sidesh Films and the balance gap funding will be bridged by Company. 4. With in 7 Months, the above said projects will be completed. 5. Company will also invest in the equity of Sidesh films P Ltd.
