Need First Trading Date and Price of Nifty Futures in India

Hi Traders,

I am in need of First Trading Date and the First Price of Nifty Futures when it started trading in India. It woulfd also be helpfull if the same info is provided for all other futures. Could any one provide this. Your help will be appreciated.

According to my EOD data the Nifty Futures first started trading on 12th June 2000!

Index Futures That Is Nifty Futures As It Is Popularly Known Started On 12th June 2000, Options Trading In Nifty Futures Started On 4th June 2001, Stock Options Trading Started On 2nd July 2001, Individual Stock Futures Trading Was Launched On 9th November 2001.

You Can Get The Historical Prices Either From NSE Website Or Yahoo Finance.
