derivative/commodity trading firm list

Hi ! everyone.
this is my first post to this community as i have joined it just yesterday. I was looking to join a firm for derivative trading (specially option) or commodity (energy, metal) trading. i am really very interested to join as soon as possible, but couldn't found any. so, i want you guys to give some name of the firms/positions.

I have done my engineering from IIT and i am very good in quantitative and qualitative analysis.i know i will learn the things very fast but i am not getting an opportunity to start with.everywhere experience in this field is needed which i dont have.how can i get it ?
if you guys have any open position ,let me know i will definitely glad fully consider your options :)

Try futures first. They recruit people from IIT, BITS etc for trading in US markets.
BTW when did you pass out ?:)

i am still waiting for someone to reply... by the way thnx terminator_123. i looked for future first and inquire abt it , but no success .they are not hiring now. so i have to wait.

meanwhile if anyone knows some companies plz suggest, i will compile all the link and post here, so that it will help everyone. even if you know a single one it will suffice . in no time there will be a long list.
