Saint's mini flow workbook

I am writting this workbook to assure clarity in comprehending rules of Saint's mini flow trading method.Pl. send your criticisms,corrections,suggestions to [email protected]



I will take note of them and will make suitable corrections here and express my gratitudes in post no.2.This will help in keeping this thread tidy.If you like this post than convey your thanks to Mr.Saint as he is the one who introduced this method in this forum.I am going to upload my charts here,hopefully by today evening.To start with, I will take up bullish trade in workbook only for sake of lucidity.

(1)9.55 Set up chart to get 1st candle of 5Min and following candles of 15 min.



(2)10.00 check out High(H1) Low(L1) of 5min. candle and set alert for H1+14 & L1-14.here 14 is our initial filter for both sides.



(3)Between 10.00 and 10.15 if we move above H1+14,go long with first SAR of L1-7.If we move down L1-14 go short with first SAR of H1-7.



If trade is not triggered but price has moved up, we will say "1st move is up",we will add filter of 14 to High of 10.15 candle(H2) for up move and deduct filter 7 from Low of 10.15 Candle(L2) for down move (being 2nd move) and wait for trade to trigger.till 10.30.



If we move above H2+14 we go long.placing SAR at L-7

If we move below L2-7 we go short. placing SAR at H-7



If trade is not triggered till 10.30 we switch over to 30 Min. timeframe till trade is triggered.



So at 10.30 we check High of 10.00 to 10.30 candle ,(which is higher of H1 and H2 )and add 14 as filter and after checking Low of this candle(which is lower of L1 and L2) deuct 7 and set alert. and watch till trade is triggered.If trade is not trigeered during this period,we will use High and Low of this period to set triggers for next 30 minutes.We will keep changing triggers every 30 minutes till trade is finally triggered.as and when 1st trade is triggered during the day we will place SAR at at L-7 for long trades and at at H-7 for short trades.

if u post ur doubts there , experienced miniflow traders will clear ur doubts.

I have seen both the threads mentioned by you.I have also read library thread by Hari..They are very good.Even though you are using this method for last 2 months you have posted following on Rakesh's mini flow thread yesterday.

"think this is sum new rule to the mini flow which i think ive missed...can u give me the details which saint has specified for such a bar"

If you are not able to comprehend this even after 2 months how can a "first timer" understand this method?

If you think about it you will understand that it is necessary to have workbook thread for sake of clarity.This thread was meant to have all rules in one page and I intended to include future updates/tweaks.It could have been like mini flow in NUTSHELL.

But since you have objected to this thread I am hurt by it and have decided to stop updating it myself.But I request you to write down all rules in workbook format and post them in forum.Looking to your active participation in mini flow threads, I am sure you can do justice to it.Once you do it you will be in position to make meaningful contribution in your favorite threads also,which will be also appreciated by present contributors like Saint,Vineet,Sunil,Alex...

Please note that Saint's methods does not lack clarity,but evolution of it is very lenghty which had put me off for quite sometime.But it is sound.

When you post your workbook I will ask moderator to delete my thread

plz do update ur thread as it will be very useful like newbies like me........ i m struggling to learn the 60 min n mini flow as the mother threads r too vast.......... the original method plus all the latest modifications at one place will prove to be a boon for me....... so plz go on.........
