BSE gives training courses on derivatives, but are there other good derivatives and technical analysis courses given in Mumbai (or Bangalore or Chennai) by real professionals? I am particularly interested in trading in futures and options. I have already done some F&O and have made some money. I need some more expertise.
Shall be grateful for any advice. |

THERE is a Lady in Faridabad (Haryana) who has planned to give one month course in Derivatives. She is asking for Rs. 1,00,000 as fee for one month. Any takers?

For 2500$, there are any number of courses on the Net which would provide much better content. Ultimately you need to be able to know where the market is going to take advantage of it.

just kidding! May be if I blow up in trading, and have no more capital whatsoever, I'd take this route. I even started writing a boo on derivs. But alas! trading is so much easier and paying than these grunt things! |

Chicago Board Options Exchange (The first US options exchange) has an online tutorial on Options. Pretty descriptive and excellent, including strategies, options greek, etc., But you need to understand that it is not simple, and, you have to put in your effort. I have an options book (soft form), and, I could not find any copyright notice on it, and, I am willing to share it. But just tell me how?

You need a coach to deliver stuff in a manner suitable to you. there are people who may be good traders but wont have the ability to translate it into easily graspable concepts. poor communication skills, not being able to come down to a student's level etc may be some causes. deeper analysis like the preferred learning path for the student, optimal approach like visual, auditory or hands on etc are some other factors that very few would bother to think of.
anyway, till u find a teacher like that, happy searching. |
