if now, 4480 does not break, then it would confirm LL, LH formation...
though quite early as of now... need LOD to break too to signal /confirm LH, LL

During 10:20-10:40, when market fell, TBQ/TSQ had gone down as much as 350k/900k. Then it came back to 840k/840k when market stabilized a bit. Now around NF 4475, it went down to 600k/1000k predicting a fall. Those numbers do predict sometimes. But NOT ALWAYS.
