I am new to option strategies althouugh we have been dealing in derivatives for the past few months and made handsome gains.
I have made break-even models in Excel after looking at option strategies in a few books and whenever CNBC or anybody recommends something I check out the break even. So far it has come out correct on a majority of times. Is this the best way to go about it? Can anybody please guide on how to form your own judgement on options rather than rely on CNBC. How does one decide at which premium and exercise price to buy and for what period. I have read option pricing but I am hazy on this. Any other good Indian book on derivatives.? |
