Order book scalping on Indian exchanges

I would like to look into the possibility of order book scalping for Indian exchanges.

For this we primarily need something like a level 2 quote screen, where there is a static view of the bid/ask orders at different prices as well as a time and sales screen to see at what prices prior orders (number ofoprders) were executed

would like to ask if any of the trading platforms have this information and if they do not whether the exchange (any indian exchange)atleast releases this information.

Level II is not available as they have in US. In India, you can only view best 5 BID-ASK levels. There's no trading platform available that we can call good for a scalper(Something with the quality of Takion). You can get APIs from your broker and have your own platform to use.

Whats the use of API's from a broker if the exchange doesn't disclose the information I want .... what can the API do? The info I want has to be released from the exchange only if this is done will an API be useful.

Does the exchange release this info to broker platforms?

I don't believe they do, but try asking your broker once.
