Open Order volume during a Day Trade

#1
Hi All,

I was just wondering, is there a way , to find out "what is current Open order volume (or % of Delivery taken against volume )" , during the course of an Live market.
I know , one always has volume available to him, during Live market, but i am unable to find open order volume for that stock, off course this data is available EOD , but that makes no sense.

Just a thought , looking at price trend (UP/ DOWN/ SIDEWAYS ) , and keeping open Volume position at back of ones mind, can hint towards the next movement of proice , which is so critical in DAy trade.

Any suggestions/ Views/ Counter views?

How do you think it is possible to determine for the exchange if a buyer is going to take delivery or close during intraday ?

HI JK,
What i wanted to understand was, there will be investors , who would buy /sell on t+2 mode, and are not there for intra day..
Is it possible to have any data about them during market itelf

Gautam - it is not possible since there is no way one is placing the order in t+2 mode or not.

If it is possible to determine the net buy volume and net sell volume then one can have an approximation of the data you are asking for.
