Simple Day Trading Formula (without much TA)

#1
Guys I could not trade too much through this formula being in job but I am offering u people to check it by trading minimum amount of shares. It is as follows:

1. Check for Today's best gainers at least with volume more than 2 lakhs.
2. Check for current high through intraday graph.
3. Check for that particular stock which touches its high (Twice) with a very short down movement and comes back again down say 0.5%. Here u can sell it keeping SL just above today's high.
4. Remember to buy it back (half quantity) as soon as it leaves going down. Most of the time this movement is 1-5 %. For remaining half of quantity SL can be moved to sell cost.
5. Same technique works buying time.

More details i will discuss with interested persons. I have seen its consistent effects but can't pay attention being in other work.

Gud luck guys :thumb:

Dear lsgangadharrao,

As u r going to test my strategy I m pretty confident of this strategy whenever I tested it found it 99% true with available resources. I need ur backtesting results as well. I'm clarifying little more.

For a good volume stock (>2 lakh) having run more than 4% up or down. The peak price is say 100.30 (High Price) (For a gainer stock). After gaining this peak the price of the stock starts falling down it goes upto say 99.50 and then reverses back to another high of 100.70 but not shooting or crossing it suddenly staying below again With a SL below 99.50 to sell and SL above High Price a target to avail 0.7-1% profit on lower side can be made with revision of SL cost to cost. Most often this works downside and has profit potential more than 2% to any extent. That too when market is in any direction.

One more important thing because u would be working against the favourable direction of stock and sometimes against the mkt. direction it can eat upperlevel SL very easily if it does not go in your direction. But before doing this it will give u sufficient time to reverse.

U can better work on it when u r watching market or stock online.
Gud luck try this and communicate your findings.
