What do you do on Trading Holidays ?

#1
This is primarily addressed to those who trade everyday. With 2 trading holidays coming next week alongside Sat & Sun, I really do not know what to do ?

What do you do on Trading Holidays like Sat, Sun & other Exchange Holidays ?

Isn't it frustrating to just sit quiet on those days instead of trading actively ? It is like telling the neighborhood grocery shop owner (or any retailer) to shut his shop on Sat, Sun.

Don't you miss the excitement of getting ready in the morning & waiting for the exchanges to open to start trading ?

I feel the Exchanges should be open 24x365 (just like online bank accounts) so that anyone can trade at his/her convenience.

for some its just the other way. Sat n Sunday force them to remain away
from market and thus help them save their money to some extent, atleast
on these two days of the week

Is it possible to trade on foreign stock exchanges from India ? Who provides such facility ?
Now that's a fantastic question:thumb: but I too am looking for the same answer.
Practically the Indian government would want you as a citizen of this country to invest in this country and not any other country since your investment brings progress. That makes your investing in external stock exchanges hard, but not impossible because once I had attended this seminar with angel brooking where Mr Shardul Kulkarni said "I breath stocks 24x7" He also said that he wakes up at 3 or 4 am since the Japanese market Niki starts ... Don`t remember that exactly. So I am guessing he has his money invested in other stock exchanges than NSE and BSE. So my conclusion is that It is possible to invest in external stock exchanges, but How?

Just nothing, it is so boring on trading holidays, I feel the Exchanges should be open 24hrs x24 hrs (just like online bank accounts) so that anyone can trade at his/her convenience.
