Thanks Abhi,:clapping:

I have come across these indicators from your thread "no one going to earn even single rupee day trading".:thumb:
Although i have not read full thread yet but as mentioned in ur thread that we (new to trade) should refer other thread. I have seen 20 pages of "stocks to keep eye on" and didnt find the ans to that. that thread has more than 1000 pages.

can u breaf me some thing about it as i like your simple but effective concept.

I am using google finance for interaday charts.

thanks,
Nishant

The best thing about ADX indicator is not even the di+ and di- lines... its the ADXline itself.

ADXLine indicates the strength of the trend, but NOT direction. Generally if ADX value is above 25, trend is strong. That strong trend could either be bearish or bullish.
Also if adx line is moving down from, say, 50 to 30.. that doesnt mean trend is getting weeker. It just means that trend is getting 'less stronger' (difference in meaning)

ADX is probably one the best indicators if used correctly.

Hy

You also can use Moving Average. It has the same impact for your trading and is nearly every where to find. I was working with DI+ and DI-. Nothing special.

Regards and good trading

it is not like that , there exist a difference between trending market and ranging market and thats the difference between DI+ and DI- cross and moving average cross over .

when DI+ crosses DI- in tells the strength of positive trend is stronger than the downward or negative trend . and vice-versa .

and , moving averages are nothing more than price averages . and it can never tell the strength of a trend .
