Best method to pick up Intraday Scripts

hello everyone,

I am new in trades (Just enter 5 days ago).
Can any one tell me what are the methods to find best scripts to invest for intraday or short-term (2-5 days) delivery?
Which exchange is better for Intraday, NSE or BSE?
Also define me difference between software based terminal & web based terminal. I am using trade at eztrade from SBI, powered by Motilal Oswal.
Pls suggest me.

intrraday involves squaring off position on same day

highly volatile stocks like reliance, dlf are good for intraday

today i bought reliance at 1003.50 sold at 1009.50
sold dlf at 268 bought at 264
