Yes there is a positive divergence on RSI and Stochastics both...so buy over 1:20 high....stoploss 1:05 low.

There is a strong resistance at 4819...market has to take that out before we can get any meaningful upmove....

Thanks for the reply Sir,
subsequently there was a negative divergence on Stoch. and NF tanked..

Santosh
Yes Santosh , nifty futures could not take out 4819 and went sideways there and when low of the sideways is cracked, it confirmed that the upmove was weak and over....and the main trend today which was down is resuming....and it went down till the end.

This thread is completing its 1000 posts. The thread was started when I saw someone making observations on OB/OS markets and interpreting the excessive OB/OS incorrectly . So started this thread and the thread rolled on.....

I am extremely thankful to all the participants who participated wholeheartedly, asked questions, discussed various issues and supported sharing/ learning. I too learnt a lot from this thread and it has been a wonderful journey all along....

Thanks everyone...you all made this thread so lively....

Dear ST,

I wish u clear my doubt regarding moneymanagement.
Strict 1:2 risk: reward is better OR getting in and out according to method (keeping 1% as fix stoploss and taking profit accordingly)is better.
Thanks in advance.

getting in and out is better only if you have a prepaid brockerage (like sharekhan)
