10:45 bar at 4080.75 is a clear pivot. Hence SL is 4088.

The reason for using this value as SAR is that it is a pivot on 15 min charts

SL 4088 and revert to longs if hit!

WRB are all about relativity, if ur talking of the 30min bar 2nd one after the5min bar then no it wanst. No hard and fast rule but for the sake of clearing things 50pts makes a WRB. But again different conditions different moves. Checkout 18th sept, that long bar is a WRB
